Dear ISIMIP and PROCLIAS Community,

The agenda of the cross-sectoral ISIMIP and PROCLIAS Workshop from 16 to 19 May 2022 is almost settled and fully booked with c. 100 on-site participants in Potsdam and about 80 virtual participants. To allow even more people to join, we opened up the registration again for remote participation only

The workshop will include sessions on the following main topics:    

  • ISIMIP data and protocols
  • Impact attribution and uncertainty assessment    
  • Cross-sectoral climate impacts  
  • Communication and dissemination of climate impacts  

Within each session, there will be diverse slots for presentations, break-out groups, discussion rounds, etc. and there will be dedicated sectoral meetings. 

We are proud to announce keynotes by Ottmar Edenhofer (PIK), Cath Senior (Met Office), Jakob Zscheischler (UFZ), Camille Parmesan (University of Plymouth) and Brian O’Neill (PNNL). Please visit the ISIMIP website for a tentative agenda and updates to come.

The registration will stay open throughout the event, though we recommend registering as soon as possible to be sure not to miss any information communicated through the participants' mailing list.

Conference format: 

The workshop will take place as a hybrid event, though not all sessions are necessarily open for remote participation. The workshop language is English.
