Buchung und Zahlung
Die Buchung wird erst gültig, wenn der Teilnahmebetrag innerhalb von 10 Tagen auf unser Vereinskonto erfolgt.
Die Kontodaten werden mit der Buchungsbestätigung übermittelt.
Stornierung und Ãœbertragbarkeit
Erfolgt die Stornierung einen Monat bis 15 Tage vor dem Fest, wird der überwiesene Betrag abzüglich einer Bearbeitungspauschale von 50% zurückgezahlt.
Ab 14 Tage vor dem Fest erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
Die Buchung kann auf andere Personen übertragen werden. Name und Kontaktdaten (E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer) sowie die Buchungsnummer müssen an uns übermittelt werden.
Benachrichtigung
Wir schicken Ihnen ihre Teilnahmebestätigung an Ihre angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Zudem werden wir Ihnen zukünftig Information zu diesem Event und Einladungen zu weiteren ähnlichen Events, die für Sie interessant sein könnten, zusenden. Dieser Zusendung können Sie jederzeit durch eine E-Mail an info@tanzvolk-leipzig.de widersprechen. Zudem ist in jeder E-Mail ein Abmeldelink enthalten. Nach Erhalt ihres Widerspruchs werden wir diese Zusendungen unverzüglich einstellen.
Booking and Payment
The booking is only valid if the fee to the Event is transferred to our bank account within 10 days.
The bank account details will be included in the booking confirmation.
Rescission and assignability
If your inscription is cancelled within one month or up to 15 days before the event we will keep 50 % of the paid amount as handling fee.
Within 14 days before the event rescission is not accepted.
The booking may be assigned to another person. Name and contact information (email address + phone number) and the ticket number must be transferred to us.
Notifications
We will send the inscription confirmation to your email address. On top of that, we will send you further information regarding this event or invitations to related events, that might be of interest to you. You can opt out of this information service at any time by sending an email to info@tanzvolk-leipzig.de or by using the opt out link as in the received mail.
