If the email address does not match to your Medical Software profile, your Free Early Bird Reservation will be canceled. You'll receive confirmation and your free ticket or cancellation via email (latest) on April 19, 2019.

The regular fee of 290 EUR is also charged for holders of free tickets who do not show up at the event and do not cancel in written form until April 29, 2019.

The personal data you voluntarily provide includes your contact information, such as title, first and last name, company/institution, department, address and e-mail address. The VDE Group will process this data in accordance with the data protection declaration (https://www.vde.com/en/privacy-policy) for invitations to events and information within the framework of statutory purposes (e.g. seminars, conferences, excursions, lectures, campaigns, newsletters).

A transfer to contract processors, such as agencies and printing companies, is only carried out according to instructions on the basis of order processing. A passing on to other third parties does not take place.

The consent can be revoked by you at any time by e-mail to meso@vde.com. Legal retention periods may remain unaffected by this revocation.

Note on picture and sound recordings :​​​​​​​ Photos and film footage taken at the event will be published in VDE publications, other newspapers and magazines and on the Internet as part of reports. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, our service staff will be happy to show you a suitable seat.

Included services
The registration fee is including participation and refreshments during breaks. Not included are the costs for overnight stay and travelling.
Cancellations, Fees, and Refunds
Cancellations can be made in written form only and will only be accepted if received by April 29, 2019. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the full registration fee of 290 EUR will be due. This also applies for participants that made use of the free early bird offer. There is limited capacity for 200 participants. For this event a minimum number of 40 participants is required.  If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel all or parts of the event on a short-term notice. In this case, all paid fees will be fully refunded.​​​​​​​
