If you're interested in applying for either a pitch only or an exhibition stand combined with a pitch, please submit an abstract below. The abstract should include information about your company or research group and what you plan to present. Please ensure that your abstract does not exceed 300 words and is submitted by September 25, 2023. All applicants will receive a notification regarding the outcome of their application by October 11. Applicants who have been successful in their application will receive additional information, including details about the duration of their pitch, and other relevant details.

Please include information about you, your company or research group, the content and desired duration of the pitch and, if applicable, the content/set up, the required size and expected construction time of the exhibition stand. Also mention if you plan to use any demonstrations/interactive elements for your exhibition stand.

Together with the “Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health” (EKFZ) as joint cross-faculty initiative at the Technische Universität Dresden and the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital Dresden, the Digital Strategies Unit of the Saxon State Chancellery invites you to the event "AI in Medicine: Bridging Bytes and Bedside" in Dresden on 25 October 2023 from 11 am to 4 pm. This networking event presents a unique opportunity for participants to showcase their work either through a pitch or by setting up an exhibition stand, which also includes a pitch. It's a platform where research groups and companies can exhibit their work and engage with others in the field. If you have not yet registered for the event, we encourage you to do so at this Link.

All exhibitors are invited to deliver a talk ranging from 3 to 6 minutes during the pitch sessions. If you're interested in applying for either a pitch only or an exhibition stand combined with a pitch, please submit an abstract. The abstract should include information about your company or research group and what you plan to present.
