COURSE TIMES:

The course runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

CERTIFICATION:

After full and personal participation in the respective course, you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.

COURSE FEE:

624,75 € (incl. VAT*)

* ( The course fee includes 19% VAT).

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation and meals.

Travel expenses, accommodation, and meals are to be borne by the participants.

Aufguss Roots „Sauna Aufguss Basic Course”

👉 A sauna course designed for sauna enthusiasts and Aufguss or Sauna Masters who wish to learn the fundamentals of the classic Aufguss.

The three-day Aufguss Roots “Sauna-Aufguss Basic Course” is hands-on and provides the perfect foundation for sauna enthusiasts as well as Aufguss- and Sauna masters who want to learn the basics of a classic Aufguss.

This course is also ideal for passionate sauna-goers who are considering becoming an Aufguss practitioner in the future. No prior knowledge or experience is required to attend this course.

The Aufguss Roots courses are conducted exclusively by renowned and highly experienced Sauna- and Aufguss Masters with national and international reputations.

In the interest of our participants, we have limited the number of attendees for our courses. Our years of experience have shown that this restriction is necessary to ensure individual and efficient coaching for everyone.

The health and performance of Aufguss- and Sauna masters is also an important aspect of our courses. Based on the daily work with waving towels, learning correctly executed waving techniques is essential to avoid physical strain and incorrect loading in the future.

Parking Information Holsten Therme:

Parking is available free of charge.

There are 4 parking spaces with electric charging stations (11–22 kW). Charging fees are billed according to the individual user contract and are charged directly through the provider’s payment system. The maximum parking time during charging is up to 4 hours with a parking disc.

The HolstenTherme station (Line A1) is only a 2-minute walk away.
