Do you find it hard to focus on only one subject, project or career? Do you see many different possibilities to become active and feel the pressure of choosing "which one" to invest in? What if your way of being a changemaker is not choosing one of your passions but all of them? Then you probably are a "multipotentialite" a multi-talented personality. The skills of mulitpotentialites are crucial for dealing with today’s challenges. However, where to start?
During these two workshop days, we will explore the joys and pains of being multipassionate, as well as practical ways to live a meaningful multipotential and professional career.

Day 1: Multipotentialite: what’s behind the label?

As a first step, we will get to know the special characteristics of multipotentialites: your skills and struggles but also what drives you and which potential you hold for creating change. You will look at your own story and identify a red line that connects your several passions.

11.05.2022, 14:00 – 17:00

Day 2: Multipotentialite: do it your way!

As a second step, we will take a closer look at your stories and continue to work with them. You will get to know different business and productivity models and decide which one might inspire you to draw on your full potential as multipotential changemaker.

Sabrina today is mainly a language & communication coach, but also a teacher trainer, a facilitator, and an international event organizer managing a music band in Italy and the events at Alsenhof.de in Germany. “Jack of all trades, master of none”, her inner critic would comment. True! Maybe! But one job doesn’t feel like enough to feed her avid curiosity, creativity and willingness to connect (with) people. “Jack of MY trades, master of FUN!”, her inner child gladly says today!
