After your registration (see button below) you will be asked for a possibly different billing address and a company internal order transaction number for the invoice you will receive.

Non-Members : By participating in the event, you will receive a one-year membership in the ISPE. A collective application will be submitted after the event. If you do not wish to become a member or have questions about your membership, please feel free to leave us a message in the “Other” section.

After the event we invite you to join us for a less formal dinner. Please note: Costs won't be covered by your ticket.

Conditions of participation​​​​​​​

Cancellations of your booking are not possible. You are welcome to name a representative for your participation.

In case of overbooking of our events, ISPE members will be given preference.

Note: For company tours, the company may exclude individual participants from the tour for competitive reasons. Exclusion from a tour does not entitle you to cancel your booking.

We would like to point out that photographs and/or film recordings will be made during the event. We will use these for reporting and marketing purposes. For this purpose, the recordings will be published in various media (social media, internet/website as well as in press releases, newsletters, print products, etc.) after the event. This allows us Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO because we have a legitimate interest in informing the public about our activities.

Since you are attending a public event, we assume that from your point of view there are no general reasons against the production of photographs and film footage and processing for the purposes described.

If this is nevertheless the case, please contact the organizers on site.
