Building Resilience for Yourself and Your Team

The past year and a half has brought us unforeseen challenges and pushed us to draw on our inner strength more than ever. We’ve had to adapt. To persevere. And to hold uncertainty. It may have taught us a whole lot about just how resilient we already are. Yet we can still learn about how we can cope with difficulties and grow our resilience even more, so that we can care for ourselves while we are caring for others and the world around us. And so that we can support others to build their resilience as well.

Join us on Zoom for a free workshop on ‘Building Resilience’. Over 90 minutes we will:

  • Explore different dimensions of resilience and reflect on activities and strategies to develop our ability to handle setbacks

  • Reflect on moments of resilience and discover our own strengths and capacity to face challenges

  • Share resilience building tools which you can apply for yourself and your team

  • Connect with others from around the world and share learnings and experiences

This workshop is for you whether you are a changemaker needing to recharge your energy, a leader wanting to build resilience in your team, or you simply want to give yourself the gift of some self-care as we move into the final months of the year. Are you already a black belt resilience ninja? That’s great, we’d love to learn from your experiences as well!

We look forward to exploring, reflecting and learning together with you!
