Info
As part of an international innovation initiative, Innovate UK is organizing a two-day delegation trip for fifteen companies from the United Kingdom that are active in the field of hydrogen in the transport sector. The aim of this mission is to bring British companies together with partners from Baden-Württemberg in order to initiate joint research and development projects, establish technology partnerships, and open up new market opportunities.
The focus is on hydrogen applications in transport, including transport, storage, and refueling. The delegation trip offers companies from Baden-Württemberg a unique opportunity to make direct contact with innovative British companies, establish international networks, and gain inspiration for the decarbonization of the transport sector.
Germany—and Baden-Württemberg in particular—is considered a European hydrogen hub with an ambitious hydrogen strategy supported by significant public investment. In addition, there is a strong industrial presence with leading automotive manufacturers and suppliers, as well as an excellent research landscape with numerous institutes and clusters.
The planned activities in Baden-Württemberg include company visits to leading players in the hydrogen and mobility industry, matchmaking sessions with Baden-Württemberg companies and research institutions to define specific cooperation projects. Participating companies benefit from direct access to international decision-makers, the opportunity to present their own technologies and solutions, and tailored support from innovation and growth experts. This delegation trip is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your own innovative strength and shape the future of sustainable mobility together with international partners.
