Co-Design 101
14-17:00, online
english
Co-design, or participatory design, is the process of creating something hand-in-hand with the people or businesses who will use that something, to ensure that it truly meets their needs and solves their problems. Given this, this workshop is for enterprises seeking to design programs, products or services intimately with their beneficiaries or customers. It will help participants understand the benefits of co-design, and plan their own co-design process using the five steps - empathise, define, ideate, prototype and test. We will test and use different processes and techniques live, using your enterprises as examples.
