Fees
The fees for this workshop do not include costs associated with the accommodation. Participants have no right to be reimbursed if not satisfied with the event. Registrations to this event are binding, no reimbursements can be made in case of cancellation. The ticket can be transferred to another name up to 48 hours before the event.
Event cancellation and organizational changes
ISPE D/A/CH reserves the right to cancel the event for unforeseen reasons. In the case of cancellation, all attendance fees that have already been paid shall be refunded.
Local rules by the organizers apply to all participants. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants from the event if local rules are not being followed.
Data Privacy:
We would like to point out that photographs and/or film recordings will be made during the event. We will use these for reporting and marketing purposes. For this purpose, the recordings will be published in various media (social media, internet/website as well as in press releases, newsletters, print products, etc.) after the event. This allows us Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO because we have a legitimate interest in informing the public about our activities.
Since you are attending a public event, we assume that from your point of view there are no general reasons against the production of photographs and film footage and processing for the purposes described.
