In a start-up there is always plenty to do. To deal with this, teams normally divide their tasks. However, sometimes work stays undone, things take longer than expected or team members are involved in too many processes.
In this workshop we will discuss the criteria for good division of work into roles. You will get insights on what really works, and how you can change your current practice towards a well-functioning team.

As an engineer Leo from Leadership³ tried to change the world through societal and product change to solve the issues of our current times. Through failure in a key project he realized that the way we work defines the quality of our results. Therefore he nowadays combines his inner-work experience from contemplative movement practices and trauma therapy with outer structural work on collaboration. In order to create better results that can hold more complexity to meet the challenges of our times!
