More inclusive workspaces through cyclical planning

Facilitator: Lisa Forbes
Time: Friday, 23.09.2022 from 10:00 – 12:00h
Place: Online via Zoom
Language: English

Workplaces are generally structured according to the circadian rhythm, where productivity is based on a 24-hour cycle. This fits with the male cycle, but overlooks insights from the 28-day female cycle.
In this workshop we will explore cyclical planning, project management and organisational structures according to the female cycle. We will discuss challenges and benefits and will put theory into practice, using planning and productivity tools to guide us.
This workshop brings new insight to everyone interested in exploring more inclusive ways of creating workflows and team structures.

Lisa is a Holistic Coach and Consultant. She currently focuses on how we proactively support female employees in the workplace whilst empowering women to have greater insights into their strengths and confidence to speak up for what they need to succeed.
