Herzlich willkommen auf der Anmelde-Seite des Dañserlà 2025!

Dieses Bal Folk Festival wird seit 2017 ehrenamtlich als Non-Profit-Veranstaltung 
vom Kulturverein Erlangen e. V. organisiert. Die beiden Vereins-Vorsitzenden sind aber außerdem noch die Betreiber des Kulturforum Logenhaus (www.Kulturforum-Logenhaus.de) in dessen Hof das Festivalgelände aufgebaut sein wird.

Die Haupt-Location für die Bälle von Donnerstag bis Samstag wird dieses Jahr der Redoutensaal (Theaterplatz 1) sein, ein Tanzsaal von 1750 mit 1A-Holzparkett, moderner Sound- und Lichtanlage, Klimatisierung, sowie elf Meter breiter Bühne und mitten in der Stadt gelegen.
Zuletzt haben wir diesen Saal am 22.2.2025 beim Erlanger Jazzbandball  bespielt und hatten fast 300 TänzerInnen zu Gast. Die Außenbühne am Neustädter Kirchenplatz ist dieses Jahr auch wieder der Ort für die fantastischen Open Air-Bal Folk Bälle am Freitag- und am Samstag-Nachmittag (bei schönem Wetter). 

Ausklingen wird das Dañserlà 2025 wie immer im und um das Kulturforum Logenhaus am Sonntag.

Bitte beachten: Diese Jahr beantragt Ihr bitte eine Förder-Mitgliedschaft beim Kulturverein Erlangen e. V. in den beiden möglichen Höhen (120,- € bzw. 175,- €) für das Jahr 2025. Diese Förder-Mitgliedschaft berechtigt Euch zum Besuch des Dañserlà 2025 und endet automatisch zum 31.12.2025. Die Förder-Mitgliedschaften sind personalisiert und damit nicht übertragbar. Bei jeder Art von Storno (siehe unten) bitte Kontakt mit uns aufnehmen.

Welcome to the Dañserlà 2025 registration page!

This Bal Folk Festival has been organized as a non-profit event on a voluntary basis by the Erlangen Cultural Association since 2017. The two chairmen of the association are also the operators of the Kulturforum Logenhaus (www.Kulturforum-Logenhaus.de), in whose courtyard the festival grounds will be set up.

This year's main location for the balls from Thursday to Saturday will be the Redoutensaal (Theaterplatz 1), a dance hall dating back to 1750 with top-quality wooden parquet flooring, modern sound and lighting systems, and an eleven-meter-wide stage.

We last performed in this hall on February 22, 2025, at the Erlangen Jazz Band Ball, and hosted almost 300 dancers. The outdoor stage at Neustädter Kirchenplatz will once again be the venue for the fantastic open-air bal folk balls on Friday and Saturday afternoons (weather permitting).

As always, the Dañserlà 2025 will end in and around the Kulturforum Logenhaus on Sunday.

Please note: This year, please apply for a supporting membership with the Kulturverein Erlangen e. V. in the two possible amounts (€120 or €175) for 2025. This supporting membership entitles you to attend Dañserlà 2025 and automatically expires on December 31, 2025. Supporting memberships are personalized and therefore non-transferable. Please contact us for any type of cancellation (see below).

Im letzten Jahr hatten wir so viele Anmeldungen, dass wir kurzfristig eine größere Location für den Donnerstag-Abend buchen mussten - dieses Jahr ist der Redoutensaal von Donnerstag bis Samstag gebucht und wir haben damit genug Platz.

Es gibt wieder ein Feuerwerk an Hammer-Bands für Euch und somit das aufwändigste aller bisher stattgefundener Dañserlà-Festivals mit einigen Bands, die noch nie in Erlangen gespielt haben (Loened Fall, Cardboard Cabin, Noù, Nij, Loogaroo) und einigen Top-Bands, die schon mal da waren.

Last year, we had so many registrations that we had to book a larger venue for Thursday evening at short notice. This year, the Redoutensaal is booked from Thursday to Saturday, so we have plenty of space.

We're once again offering you a fireworks display of amazing bands, making it the most elaborate Dañserlà festival to date, with some bands that have never played in Erlangen before (Loened Fall, Cardboard Cabin, Noù, Nij, Loogaroo) and some top bands that have been there before.


Beim Kulturforum Logenhaus findet der Check-In (= Ausgabe der Einlass-Bändchen) statt, denn dort wird wieder unser Anmelde-Anhänger stehen.

At the Kulturforum Logenhaus, check-in (= distribution of admission wristbands) will take place, where our registration trailer will again be located.

Alle Indoor-Bälle können nur von BesitzerInnen eines Festival-Tickets besucht werden.
All indoor balls can only be attended by festival ticket holders.

Übernachtung: Wir bieten auch wieder 16 Übernachtungsplätze auf dem Festivalgelände an, allerdings sind diese nur als Komplett-Paket für drei Nächte (Do/Fr, Fr/Sa und Sa/So) buchbar.
Accommodation: We are once again offering 16 overnight accommodations on the festival grounds, but these can only be booked as a complete package for three nights (Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, and Sat/Sun).

Frühstück: Dieses Jahr könnt Ihr wieder von Freitag bis Sonntag ein Frühstück buchen
Breakfast: This year you can again book breakfast from Friday to Sunday.

Mittag- & Abendessen: Auch dieses Jahr könnt Ihr auf der Buchungsseite wieder bereits ganz genau sehen, was es wann zu Essen geben wird. Damit ist eine Buchung ganz nach Eurem Geschmack möglich (z. B. auch wenn Ihr vegetarisch und nicht vegetarisch "mischen" wollt).
Essen bestellen vor Ort geht leider nicht. Das bekommt unser Caterer nicht hin.

Lunch & Dinner: This year, you can once again see exactly what food will be available and when on the booking page. This allows you to book according to your taste (e.g., even if you want to "mix" vegetarian and non-vegetarian options).
Unfortunately, ordering food on site is not possible. Our caterer can't manage that.

„Dañserlà“ setzt sich zusammen aus den beiden Wörtern „Danse“ bzw. „danser“ (frz.: Tanz bzw. tanzen) und „Erlangen“, wobei man natürlich auch „dans“ (frz.: in) und „là“ (frz.: da) im Namen finden kann.
Schließlich schreiben die Bretonen das Wort für Tanz so: „Dañs“. Die Tilde ist somit auch ein kleiner Hinweis, dass die bretonischen Tänze beim Bal Folk Festival nicht zu kurz kommen sollen, schließlich ist Erlangen ja die Partnerstadt von Rennes (der Hauptstadt der Bretagne).

"Dañserlà" consists of the two words "Danse" or "danser" (French: dance or to dance) and "Erlangen", whereby of course "dans" (French: in) and "là" ( French: there) can be found in the name.
Finally, the Bretons write the word for dance as "dañs". The Tilde is therefore also a small indication that the Breton dances at the Bal Folk Festival should not be neglected, after all, Erlangen is indeed the twin town of Rennes (the capital of Brittany).

Das Dañserlà findet im Zentrum Erlangens statt, deshalb gibt es auch viele Hotels unterschiedlicher Preiskategorien in Laufentfernung:

The Dañserlà takes place in the center of Erlangen, so there are also many hotels of different price categories within walking distance:

 - Villa-Soy, The Kepos, Altmann’s Stube, Hotel Central, Quality Hotel Erlangen, Zeitwohnhaus, Hotel König Humbert

 - Hotel Bayerischer Hof, Novotel, NH-Hotel, Holiday Inn, Apartment-Hotel, Residenz Kral, ...

Mit dem A.B. Hotel haben wir einen Deal vereinbart („so lange der Vorrat reicht“): Dañserlà-TeilnehmerInnen können in der Zeit von Do., 26.06. bis So., 29.06.2025 (= 3 Nächte) das Einzelzimmer für 45,- € pro Nacht, das Doppelzimmer für 60,- € pro Nacht und das Dreibett-Zimmer für 75 € pro Nacht buchen (ohne Frühstück).

We have made a deal with the A.B. Hotel (“while supplies last”): Dañserlà participants can book a single room for €45 per night, a double room for €60 per night, and a triple room for €75 per night (excluding breakfast) from Thursday, June 26th to Sunday, June 29th, 2025 (= 3 nights).

Wer eine Möglichkeit zum Zelten im eigenen Zelt sucht: Hier gibt es am Dañserlà-Wochenende noch freie Plätze.

Anmeldung & Kartenvorverkauf / Registration & Advance ticket sales :

Hier über eveeno ab 18.3.2025, allerdings nur bis Freitag 20.6.2025, denn am Samstag, 21.6. müssen wir dem Caterer die Anzahl der Essen mitteilen und die Unterlagen für die TeilnehmerInnen vorbereiten.
Danach ist es natürlich auch noch möglich direkt zum Festival zu kommen und die gewünschte Karte/das gewünschte Bändchen an der Abendkasse zu kaufen, allerdings nur, wenn es dann noch Tickets gibt.
Essen bestellen hier vor Ort geht leider nicht. Das bekommt unser Caterer nicht hin.

Noch was: Bitte jede Person einzeln anmelden.
Nach Anmeldung der ersten Person erscheint ein Auswahl-Knopf "weitere Personen anmelden".
Kinder bis 12 Jahren bitte auch einzeln anmelden (v. a. auch wegen Essensbestellung).

Afterwards it is of course also possible to come directly to the festival and buy the desired card / wristband at the box office, but only if there are still tickets available.

One more thing: Please register each person individually.
After the first person has registered, a selection button "Register additional persons" appears.
Please also register children up to the age of 12 individually (especially when ordering food).

Eveeno schickt Euch nach der Anmeldung eine Bestätigungsmail mit der Kontoverbindung, auf die Ihr dann bitte den Teilnehmerbeitrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen überweist. Die Gebühren für mehrere Personen könnt ihr gerne als einen Betrag überweisen (aber bitte immer die entsprechende/n Buchungsnummer/n mit angeben).
Nach dem Zahlungseingang erhaltet Ihr eine zweite Mail mit der Zusage, dass Ihr beim Dañserlà 2025 mit dabei seid (das dauert manchmal auch ein paar Tage, da wir den Zahlungseingang "von Hand" überprüfen müssen).

After registering, Eveeno will send you a confirmation email with the account details to which you should then transfer the participation fee within 14 days. You are welcome to transfer the fees for several people as one amount (but please always include the corresponding booking number/s).
After the payment has been received, you will receive a second email confirming that you will be part of the Dañserlà 2025 (this sometimes takes a few days because we have to check the payment "by hand").

Merchandising:

Dañserlà T-Shirts aus den Vorjahren sind vor Ort noch erhältlich.

Wir haben für Euch auch wieder das All-You-Can-Drink Angebot (für Tee und Kaffee) für das komplette Festival incl. der Edelstahl-Festival-Tasse mit Karabiner und mit dem Dañserlà-Logo 2025 vorbereitet.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Dañserlà-Fächer zu bestellen.

Bitte beachten: Tassen & Fächer lassen sich nur bis zum Sonntag, 8.6.2025 bestellen, damit sie zum Festival auch noch rechtzeitig für Euch fertig sind.

We've also prepared an all-you-can-drink offer (for tea and coffee) for the entire festival, including a stainless steel festival mug with a carabiner and the 2025 Dañserlà logo.

Please note: Mugs and fans can only be ordered until Sunday, June 8, 2025, to ensure they are ready for you in time for the festival.

Rücktrittsregelung / cancellation policy:

Bei Rücktritt gilt folgende Regelung:

• Bei Rücktritt mehr als 4 Wochen vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung des Mitgliedsbeitrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 10,00 €.

• Bei Rücktritt zwischen 4 Wochen und 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Erstattung der Hälfte des Mitgliedsbeitrages und der gebuchten Zusatzleistungen.

• Bei Rücktritt ab 1 Woche vor dem Dañserlà: Leider keine Erstattung des Mitgliedsbeitrages und der Kosten für Zusatzleistungen möglich.

The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the Dañserlà: Refund of the membership fee and any additional services booked, less a processing fee of €10.00.

• Cancellation between 4 weeks and 1 week before the Dañserlà: Refund of half of the membership fee and any additional services booked.

• Cancellation less than 1 week before the Dañserlà: Unfortunately, no refund of the membership fee or the cost of additional services is possible.
