Designing Interactive Online Events & Workshops
What comes to your mind when you think about online events and workshops? Connecting with different people around the world from the comfort of your couch? Energising and insightful experiences? Or rather digital fatigue and yet another screen share presentation?
Whatever your experience so far, we do believe that creating meaningful events online works, because we’ve experienced it ourselves. And it all starts with how we design our event or workshop.
In this interactive workshop, we will share tips and tricks we have learnt over the past years of designing online events and workshops for organisations around the world.
Over 90 minutes you will learn:
The importance of intention and how to focus your design to create your desired outcome
Planning from the perspective of the participant
Time planning, including the length of the different elements of your event, planning in buffers and creating detailed session plans
This workshop is for you whether you are new to designing events and workshops, or you are experienced and looking to hone your event planning practice. We’d love to learn from your experiences as well!
The workshop will be run by Franziska Kohn, who was part of planning and running around 80 workshops, conferences and events with a total of around 2000 participants - just last year!
We look forward to seeing you soon,
The Unity Effect Team
Please note: the workshop times are in Central European Summer Time.
