Rücktritt und Nichtteilnahme / Withdrawal and non-participation

Bis zum 06.12.2024 ist eine Stornierung, Umbuchung oder Rücktritt kostenfrei möglich,
bis zum 04.03.2025 betragen die Stornogebühren 70 % der Rechnungssumme,
bis zum 17.03.2025 betragen die Stornogebühren 90 % der Rechnungsssumme.
Ab dem 18.03.2025 erfolgt keine Rückvergütung mehr.
Bei Nichterscheinen erfolgt ebenfalls keine Rückvergütung der in Rechnung gestellten Kosten.
Die Storno-, Umbuchungs- und Rücktrittserklärungen bedürfen der Schriftform an den
Bundesverband der Zweithaar-Spezialisten e. V. - Balinger Str. 17 - 72348 Rosenfeld â€‹â€‹â€‹
oder per E-Mail an: veranstaltungen@bvz-info.de

Eintrittskarte / Ticket

Die Eintrittskarte berechtigt Sie zum Besuch der Messe mit allen Ausstellern und Teilnahme am Rahmenprogramm inklusive der Kaffeepausen.
SAMSTAG: Das Abendessen kann - solange verfügbar - dazugebucht werden.
Im Preis enthalten sind Wasser, und das erste Getränk (Softgetränk, Bier oder selektierte Weine).
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​SONNTAG: Das Mittagessen ist inklusive.
Im Preis enthalten sind Wasser, Säfte Kaffee und Tee.
Weitere Getränke müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden (Samstag und Sonntag).

SATURDAY: Dinner can be booked as long as it is available.
The price includes water and the first drin (soft drink, beer or selected wines).
SUNDAY: Lunch ist included.
The price includes water, juices, coffee and tea.
