Digitale Zwillinge gelten als eine der Schlüsseltechnologien, die den Durchbruch der Industrie-4.0-Technologien ermöglichen. Die Anwendung digitaler Zwillinge erfordert jedoch ein fundiertes Wissen über die Produktionsprozesse, die digitalen Technologien und die unterstützenden Technologien. Das Institut für Angewandte Automation und Mechatronik (IAAM) konzentriert sich auf praktische Anwendungen von Industrie 4.0 und dem digitalen Zwilling über den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Produkten und Maschinen.
Im Rahmen der Digital Twin Academy bietet das Institut für Angewandte Automation und Mechatronik (IAAM) der FH Aachen kostenlos ein 3-teiliges Coaching für Unternehmen in der Euregio an. Das Coaching beginnt am 15.02.2023 mit einer Einführungsveranstaltung zum Themenbereich Produktionskennzahlen und Digitale Zwillinge an der FH Aachen in Deutschland. Anschließend folgt eine 6-wöchige Projektphase im Unternehmen, bei welcher die zuvor diskutierten Themen intern diskutiert und praktisch umgesetzt werden können. Während der Projektphase finden individuelle Feedbackrunden statt, bei welchen Herausforderungen und Lösungen besprochen werden können. Am Ende der Projektphase (29.03.2023) findet ein abschließendes Feedbackgespräch mit allen Teilnehmern statt.
Das Coaching wird im Rahmen des Interreg-Projektes Digital Twin Academy vom Institut für Angewandte Automation und Mechatronik (IAAM) der FH Aachen kostenlos angeboten. Das Projekt Digital Twin Academy wird im Rahmen von Interreg V-A Euregio Maas-Rhein und aus Mitteln des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung durchgeführt.
Digital twins are seen as one of the key enabling technologies to allow a breakthrough of Industry 4.0 technologies. However, the application of digital twins requires in-depth knowledge about the production processes, digital technologies, and supporting technologies. The Institute for Applied Automation and Mechatronics (IAAM) focuses on practical applications of Industry 4.0 and the digital twin across the whole lifecycle of products and machines.
As part of the Digital Twin Academy, the Institute for Applied Automation and Mechatronics (IAAM) at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences is offering 3-part coaching free of charge for companies in the Euregio. The coaching starts on 15.02.2023 with an introductory event on the topic of production metrics and digital twins at the FH Aachen in Germany. This is followed by a 6-week project phase at the company, during which the previously discussed topics can be discussed internally and implemented in practice. During the project phase, individual feedback sessions are held to discuss challenges and solutions. At the end of the project phase (29.03.2023), a final feedback meeting is held with all participants.
