Registrations received after this date are not guaranteed and you will not receive a free T-shirt!

Payment is processed via eveeno and is possible by credit card or by PayPal.
The invoice amount is payable on receipt.

The participation fee includes 2 days edaBarCamp, 2x lunch, 1x social event, 1x pre-event gathering  and one edaBarCamp-T-Shirt.

This is an all-inclusive package. Items are not available separately.

Demonstrator setup:
If you are planning to bring a demonstrator, please let us know what you will need for the setup – for example, table space, power outlets, LAN cables, or any other special requirements. This will help us ensure we have the right infrastructure ready for you.

Pre-Event Gathering

For everyone who arrives the evening before the edaBarCamp, we’d like to get together at our DLR premises for a barbecue. We’ll start at 7:00 PM on September 23 at:

Social Event: Visit to the Oldenburg Computer Museum

To round off the day, we invite you to the Oldenburg Computer Museum. We'll meet there at 7:00 PM on September 24 at:

Discover one of Germany’s largest collections of home computers and consoles from the 1970s and 80s. All 700+ devices are fully functional – play classic arcade games, relive nostalgic favorites, or even try your hand at programming. A unique experience you won't find anywhere else in the country.

The museum is located right next to the main station, with public transport links and nearby parking available.

Cancellation (only by written request) is possible free of charge until September 9, 2026. If canceled by September 10, 2026, 50% of the costs will be charged. The full participation fee is due from September 16, 2026. A replacement for the registered participant with the same affiliation is possible without charge at any time.
