Conference fee

The conference fee covers all expenses for the symposium, including accommodation in the conference hotel (for 2 or 3 nights, please select accordingly) as well as all refreshments and meals (including choices for nearly all dietary requirements).

Early bird registration (700/820EUR) is available until 15 December 2025, after that regular conference fees apply (800/920EUR).

We regret, that the option for 3 nights is already fully booked up. Therefore we had to remove this option.

We will keep you informed about any changes here and on the conference website.

If you are an employee of TU Darmstadt and a member of TRR361, please register and pay for 2 nights, choose "SEPA wire transfer" as payment method and email your invoice to the TRR361 administration office. We will take care of the payment.
