ERIH General Assembly 2025​​​​​​​

For organisational reasons we need to close the registration. If you are not registered and would like to participate, please send an e-mail to conference@erih.net and we will send you login data. 

Following the decision of the ERIH General Assembly 2024, the ERIH General Assembly 2025 will be held online and separately from the annual conference. 

Registration is possible until the start of the general assembly. To ensure proper preparation and planning, we kindly ask you to register by 14 November 2025.

We use the online platform ZOOM to hold the digital general assembly.

We use the Polyas voting tool to conduct the votes. If you are eligible to vote for your site, please bring or have ready:

• Mobile device such as an internet-enabled smartphone, laptop, or tablet
• Access to the email address you provided when registering for the Annual General Meeting

Note: If you are eligible to vote, you will receive access to the voting tool at this email address at the beginning of the general meeting.

Your voting rights

The General Assembly will take place via video conference (Zoom). Your name, email address (if applicable) and audio/video transmission will be processed to enable your participation. We use the live voting tool from Polyas for voting. Your name and email address will be processed to enable voting. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of holding the meeting. There will be no recording.

You must agree to our Privacy and Data Protection if you wish to register for the general assembly.
