Die 19. KWF-Tagung findet vom 28. Juni bis 1. Juli 2028 am Nürburgring statt. Hier trifft sich die Branche der Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik, um Neuheiten zu zeigen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen. Wir laden Sie ein, Ihre Produkte und Lösungen einem interessierten Fachpublikum zu präsentieren.

Wichtige Infos und Standpreise für 2028
Anmeldegebühr
Die Anmeldegebühr für einen Stand beträgt 450,00 € netto. Die Anmeldegebühr deckt alle anfallenden Verwaltungskosten ab und beinhaltet einen Vor-Ort-Termin. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die gezahlte Gebühr auch bei einer Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet werden kann. Die Rechnung stellen wir erst nach Prüfung und Zulassung durch das KWF aus. Zugelassen sind Hersteller- und Handelsfirmen, Dienstleistungsunternehmen und Organisationen aus dem In- und Ausland, deren Angebot zu den Warengruppen der Teilnahmebedingungen passt.
Standflächenmiete
Die Standflächenmiete beinhaltet die Überlassung der Standfläche während Aufbau, Laufzeit und Abbau sowie die notwendigen Infrastrukturleistungen.

In der Standflächenmiete enthalten sind die folgenden Leistungen:
- Allgemeine Bewachung (keine Standbewachung)
- Allgemeine Reinigung des Expo-Geländes und der Hallengänge (keine Standreinigung)
- Ausstellerausweise gem. Punkt 13 - Besondere Teilnahmebedingungen
- Sanitäts- und Feuerwehrdienste während der Veranstaltung
- Ein Standardstromanschluss (230 V, 16 A)
- CMS-Zugang zum selbständigem Eintrag in das Ausstellerverzeichnis der KWF-APP und Webseite, mit Logo

Ausstellerhalle:
Die Hallenflächen befinden sich auf schwerlastfähigen Böden.
Wald/Freifläche:
Alle Standflächen im Freigelände befinden sich auf Waldböden, Wiesen, Schotter- oder Asphaltflächen. Der Standbau muss sich natürlichen Gegebenheiten anpassen. Nach Höhe des Aufwandes zur Standgestaltung gliedern sich die Freiflächen in drei Kategorien:
Die drei Standkategorien im Überblick
- Kategorie A
Diese Premium-Flächen bieten optimale Voraussetzungen für einen effizienten Standaufbau. Die überwiegend ebenen, teilweise befestigten Flächen sind frei von Gräben, Bäumen und Baumstümpfen und reduzieren so den Planungs- und Aufbauaufwand.
Für diese Flächen wird ein Aufpreis von 12 % auf die Standflächenmiete erhoben.
- Kategorie B
Diese Flächen bieten übliche Voraussetzungen für einen Standaufbau im Freigelände.
- Kategorie C
Diese Economy-Flächen bieten eine kostengünstige Alternative für Aussteller mit flexiblen Standkonzepten. Aufgrund der natürlichen Geländebeschaffenheit (z. B. Gefälle, Gräben, geringere Flächentiefe usw.) können erhöhte Anforderungen an die Planung und den Aufbau entstehen.
Für diese Flächen wird ein Abschlag von 15 % auf die Standflächenmiete gewährt.

Important information and stand prices for 2028
Registration fee
The registration fee for a stand is €450.00 net. The registration fee covers all administrative costs and includes an on-site appointment. Please note that the fee paid cannot be refunded, even in the event of cancellation. We will only issue the invoice after review and approval by the KWF. Manufacturers, trading companies, service providers and organisations from Germany and abroad are eligible, provided their offering matches the product groups listed in the terms of participation.
Stand space rental
The stand space rental includes the provision of the stand space during set-up, the event itself and dismantling, as well as the necessary infrastructure services.

The stand space rental includes the following services:
- General security (no stand security)
- General cleaning of the expo grounds and hall aisles (no stand cleaning)
- Exhibitor passes in accordance with item 13 of the Special Terms of Participation
- Medical and fire services during the event
- One standard power connection (230 V, 16 A)
- CMS access for independently creating an entry, including your logo, in the exhibitor directory of the KWF app and website
Exhibition hall:
The hall areas are located on heavy-duty floors.
Forest/outdoor area:
All stand spaces in the outdoor area are located on forest ground, meadows, gravel or asphalt surfaces. Stand construction must adapt to the natural conditions. Depending on the effort required for stand design, the outdoor areas are divided into three categories:
The three stand categories at a glance
Category A
These premium areas offer ideal conditions for efficient stand construction. The predominantly level, partly paved areas are free of ditches, trees and tree stumps, which reduces planning and set-up effort.
A surcharge of 12% on the stand space rental applies to these areas.
Category B
These areas offer the usual conditions for stand construction in the outdoor area.
Category C
These economy areas offer a cost-effective alternative for exhibitors with flexible stand concepts. Due to the natural terrain (e.g. slopes, ditches, less depth of area), planning and set-up may be more demanding. A 15% discount on the stand space rental is granted for these areas.
