DeepMI FastSurfer / FreeSurfer course

Welcome to the registration for the 2026 DeepMI FastSurfer / FreeSurfer course. Please fill in the form to register for participation. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

During the next step of the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register as a private customer or as an institutional / corporate customer. If registering as a private customer, we will use the above information as the invoice address. If registering as an institutional / corporate customer, you can specify a different invoice address (optionally including an additional administrative email address, VAT number, reference, etc.).

The course fee is EUR 250. Payment is possible via immediate online payment (PayPal, credit cards) and via bank transfer. For online payments, an invoice and admission tickets (print, mobile, wallet) will be issued immediately and sent to your email address. For payments via bank transfer, an invoice will be issued immediately, including payment details, and sent to your email address. Admission tickets will be sent to your email address when your payment has been received.

If you need to cancel your participation please let us know as soon as possible. An 80% partial refund (EUR 200; course fee minus EUR 50 administrative charge) will be made for cancellations until September 22, 2026, and no refunds can be made after September 22, 2026. It is always possible to name another person who attends the course instead.

Agreeing to the terms and conditions for the DeepMI FastSurfer / FreeSurfer course and events at the DZNE as well as the DZNE data protection regulations is required to register for the event. 

The organizers reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the program and schedule, and to cancel the course if a minimum number of participants is not met; this will be communicated on September 23, 2026, at the latest, and full refunds of course fees will be made in this case. Travel or accommodation fees cannot be reimbursed. Making travel and accommodation arrangements with a cancellation option is therefore recommended.
