The International FEFPEB Congress  (www.fefpebcongress.eu) is the biggest bianual FEFPEB-event. The high quality congress comes along with visits to state of the art companies of the branch, a challenging Business Session and a splendid social programme for delegates and partners.  

It is a full-scale event, build around the theme “Wooden Pallets & Packaging - Moving the Future”. 200 delegates and/or partners are expected. The congress provides many networking opportunities and excellent sponsorship exposure will be taken care of. The 2019 FEFPEB International Congress hosted by HPE - the German Federal Association for Wooden Packages, Pallets and Export Packaging and operated by VHP GmbH on behalf of HPE.

Please select your participation category / ticket here. PLEASE NOTE that all ticket prices remain independent from your participation at tours, dinners and other events during the FEFPEB Congress. There is no reduction possible if you only attend the Business Session on Friday, 11 October.

• If you want to register for more than one delegate or partner you can do so by selecting the number of people/tickets. During the registration process you will be asked for further details. On the second page (after clicking "Next") you can enter detailed information about each ticket. Please note that it is not possible mixing different billing adresses within one single registration procedure. For invoicing different companies you have to conduct seperate registration procedures.
• If your company is GOLD or SILVER SPONSOR of the Congress or an Associate (Company to be visited during Professional Tour), please select the respective category.
• We ask journalists and representatives of the press to contact the Organization Team to register for a free participation in the Congress (October 11, 2019). Therefore we are happy receiving your valid press card.
• Discount codes are deducted during the booking process.

Regular net participation fees are 500 € ex VAT. Partners benefit from a reduced net price of 390 € ex VAT. Shown prices on the right already include VAT. If applicable, the prices and VAT are shown separately on the invoice.

Registering as a Partner means not participating at the Professional Tours and the Congress (October, 11), it is eligible for participation in the Partner- and all Evening-Programs.

Participation: Participation to the Congress is open to all that are interessted in participating. A very warm welcome is dedicated to representatives of members of FEFPEB national member associations, representatives of member associations and other members of FEFPEB, as well as friends and supporters thereof. If you are interested in participating outside of this group, please contact the organizer in this regard. In addition, the prerequisite for participation in the Congress is the complete registration and payment of the participation fees.

With your registration you declare being aware that participation is at your own risk and responsibility.

Registration: Upon completion of the registration, the participant undertakes to pay the fees due and also agrees to the following conditions.

Payment methods: Upon registration, the fees listed here are immediately due for immediate payment using one of the payment methods specified. Changes are no longer possible with hindsight.

Invoicing: Invoicing takes place immediately after payment.

Registration confirmation: In addition to the invoice, the participant will receive a registration confirmation via email.

Cancellation: Please note that a free cancellation is not possible. In addition, already paid participation fees can not be refunded, as the organizer has already gone in advance for it.

With registering for the event you have to agree to the data protection declaration.

Consent to photo and / or film recording: I am aware that during the entire event photos and / or video recordings are made and that I will be more or less recognizable in detail on some of these photos. I agree with the recordings and their use. My consent also applies without restriction to private and / or commercial use - publication, distribution, use, processing and distribution - in digital form and print form by the organizer or by third parties, such as companies of the company visits. My consent is not limited in time or place and applies to all forms of distribution and publication. I can revoke this consent at any time.

The booking of hotel rooms lays in the responsibility of each participant. However, the organizer has blocked hotel-room contingents that the participant can access, if wished so. These costs and other costs incurred with the event, including travel, etc., are borne by each participant. The participation fees only cover all the services included in the aforementioned program.
