FIT4Job - Mentoring for Internationals - Registration for Students

The mentoring program brings international students together with experienced international and German mentors. They share their good practices and job experiences 1:1 with their mentees and provide valuable tips for starting a career in Germany.

What are my responsibilites as a mentee?

Participation in the kick-off event on November 4, 2025
Regular exchange meetings (digital or in person) with the mentor
Transparent communication and agreements with the mentor, especially regarding the number and duration of meetings
