Fee and included services

International Student Fee:

990 € (Applies to all international applicants, regardless of partner university status.)

The fee for international students includes:

Accomodation: Overnight stay for 13 nights in a double room (shared with another Summer School participant) at the IB Jugendgästehaus Stuttgart, with private bathroom and breakfast included
Academic Program: Leadership and Intercultural Business Skills Module
Cultural program: City and day trips (bus, train, guided tours, entrance fees)
Welcome and Farewell Events: Catering
Public transport: within Stuttgart during the programme duration
Program administrative costs

The fee does not include:

Meals (lunch, dinner, snacks) and drinks
Travel and departure expenses
Public transport in Stuttgart on the day of arrival and departure
Possible visa costs
Insurances
Personal expenses
Possible further individual costs

Binding registration

Important Information, please read carefully:

Registration and payment:

The registration for the Intercultural Business Summer School 2026 is bindingly and the fee is due within the next 2 weeks after registration (bank transfer only).
You will receive the payment information after registration by email.
Please note:
- We reserve the space exclusively for you for 2 weeks. If we have not received the payment after 2 weeks, your registration might be deleted and your place released.
- Registration can be cancelled within the registration period (until May 31st 2026) via email to international@hft-stuttgart.de and your fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations received between June 01st and June 14th 2026 might be subject to a 300 € cancellation fee. This fee covers administrative costs and potential accommodation cancellation charges. The rest of your fee will be refunded.
- A refund of the fee is excluded for cancellations after June 14th 2026
