In complex, highly regulated and technology‑driven environments, decisions are increasingly made with incomplete data, time pressure and competing priorities.

The Industry meets WiP sponsored by Rockwell explores how individuals and leaders can improve decision quality under uncertainty – even when clarity is limited and stakes are high.
We will look at common decision traps, the role of human judgment in AI‑supported environments, and practical strategies to move from reactive choices to more deliberate, sustainable decisions.
The focus is not on having perfect information, but on making better choices in imperfect conditions.
