On Track for Impact: Exploring Entrepreneurship as a Career Option 

Ready to take your career ambitions on track - literally?

Join us for On Track for Impact, a unique moving workshop designed for international and local students from all fields who are curious about innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.

Important: Participation requires attendance at the mandatory Kick-Off Session on 4 November from 16:00–17:00, which serves as a prerequisite for joining the workshop. Please make sure you can attend both the Kick-Off Session and the main event before applying.

We’ll start the day with a relaxed networking breakfast, where you’ll meet your team and fellow changemakers. Then, hop aboard the InnoTram for a two-hour interactive ride through the city. Guided by a renowned lead coach Georg Fischer and supported by startup experts from the TU Darmstadt Start-up & Innovation Center HIGHEST, you’ll explore real-world challenges in urban mobility presented by HEAG mobilo and learn hands-on tools to turn problems into opportunities.

Along the way, you’ll:

🤝 Get feedback from a panel of experts and connect with inspiring local startups
🌍 Learn how the Future Engineer Career Programme (FEC) helps international students build networks, gain career skills, and access TU Darmstadt’s strong industry connections, especially for STEM fields.

Participants who attend both the mandatory Kick-Off Session and the workshop will receive a Certificate of Participation.
