Join us for a full‑day event titled “Project Management in a Regulated Industry.”
The program brings together experts from pharma to discuss challenges and best practices in managing projects in highly regulated environments.

The day begins with guided tours through laboratory and production areas, followed by a networking lunch and an introduction to Vetter’s project management approach. The afternoon continues with focused presentations on:

  • Project Management at Vetter, including portfolio management and Lead‑to‑Order processes
  • Project Management at Rentschler: From Development to Commercial, with insights from MSAT
  • A Consultant’s View on Computer System Validation from Deloitte, highlighting the impact of regulatory expectations on project delivery
  • Project Management in CAPEX Projects at Roche, sharing lessons learned from large‑scale infrastructure initiatives

The event concludes with an open discussion session and a networking dinner, offering valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange and community building.

Local rules by the organizers apply to all participants. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants from the event if local rules are not being followed.

In case of overbooking, ISPE members will be preferred.
