The times are certainly changing and leadership is too. We have been faced with a lot of change and uncertainty in the past months and it has taught us a lot about what is and isn’t working in the way we lead. Leadership is no longer about your job title, it’s not about managing, and it’s not about having all the answers. Not now that we’ve all been in the same boat together, not knowing what will happen next. 

So what does this kind of leadership look like? And how can we support ourselves, our teams and our organisations in these uncertain times?  

Join us on Zoom for a free workshop on ‘Leading in Times of Uncertainty’. Over 90 minutes we will explore these questions, learn frameworks and tools and connect with others from around the world. We will look at how we can understand and navigate complex situations, create trust and psychological safety, and support yourself and others in times of uncertainty. It will be highly interactive and we would love to learn from your experiences as well.

This workshop is for any leader who is curious to grow and develop, learn from others and to explore a new kind of leadership - whether or not you’re in an official leadership position. It’s also a chance for you to learn about our 12 week online program, the Leadership Journey.
