​​​​​​​"Liedkunst im Schloss vor Husum"

Der Meisterkurs für Liedgestaltung mit den Dozenten Ulf Bästlein (Gesang) und Charles Spencer (Klavier) findet vom 27. Juli bis 2. August 2025 im Schloss vor Husum statt und richtet sich an forgeschrittene Gesangs- bzw. Klavierstudierende und an junge Musiker:innen mit adäquater Qualifikation oder Ausbildung. Inhalt des Kurses ist die Gestaltung von Kunstliedern verschiedener Epochen. 

Zulassung:

Da die Anzahl der aktiven Teilnehmer:innen begrenzt ist, entscheidet eine Aufnahmeprüfung am Montag, 28. Juli, 11:00 Uhr über die aktive Teilnahme am Kurs. Bitte bereiten Sie ein Kunstlied Ihrer Wahl vor und bringen Ihre Noten mit (unbedingt in dreifacher Ausführung).  Der Unterricht ist öffentlich: Publikum ist willkommen. Im Abschlusskonzert am Samstag, 2. August 2025, 18:00 Uhr werden die besten Beiträge von einer unabhängigen Jury mit verschiedenen Preises ausgezeichnet. 

The masterclass in song interpretation, taught by Ulf Bästlein (vocals) and Charles Spencer (piano), will take place from July 27 to August 2, 2025, at Husum castle. It is aimed at advanced vocal or piano students and young musicians with appropriate qualifications or training. The course focuses on the interpretation of art songs from various eras.

Admission:

Since the number of active participants is limited, an entrance examination on Monday, July 28, at 11:00 a.m. will determine active participation. Please prepare an art song of your choice and bring your sheet music (three copies are required). The class is open to the public: the public is welcome.

At the final concert on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the best contributions will be awarded various prizes by an independent jury.

Die Anmeldegebühr berechtigt Sie zur passiven Teilnahme am Kurs und ist gleichzeitig die Eintrittskarte für alle Konzerte. Sollten Sie vom Kurs zurücktreten oder die Aufnahmeprüfung nicht bestehen, wird die Anmeldegebühr nicht zurückerstattet. Nach bestandener Aufnahmeprüfung zahlen Sie den Restbetrag von 290 € für die aktive Teilnahme in bar.

The registration fee entitles you to passive participation in the course and also serves as your ticket to all concerts. If you withdraw from the course or fail the entrance exam, the registration fee is non-refundable. After passing the entrance exam, you pay the remaining 290 € for active participation in cash.
