Teilnahmebedingungen und allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
1. Anmeldung und Teilnahme
Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich, garantiert jedoch keinen Teilnahmeplatz beim Workshop. Sobald wir dir einen sicheren Platz garantieren können, werden wir dich per E-Mail darüber informieren.
Die Teilnahme geschieht auf eigene Gefahr; für Verletzungen, Unfälle, Diebstahl oder ähnliches übernehmen die Organisator*innen und Trainer*innen keine Haftung.
2. Platzvergabe
Einzelanmeldungen werden auf die Warteliste gesetzt, wenn ansonsten ein zu starkes Ungleichgewicht zwischen Leads und Follows in einem Kurs entstehen würde. Um deine Chancen auf einen Platz zu verbessern, empfehlen wir dir, dich mit einem*r Partner*in anzumelden.
3. Anmeldung mit Partner*in
Wenn du dich mit einem*r Partner*in anmelden willst, trag dies bitte bei der Anmeldung in dem dafür vorgesehenen Feld ein. Der*die Partner*in muss jeweils die andere Rolle tanzen und sollte sich für das die gleichen Klassen anmelden. Erst wenn sich beide Partner*innen angemeldet haben, gilt deine Anmeldung als gültige Partner*innenanmeldung. Sollten nicht beide angemeldet sein, wird die Anmeldung als Einzelanmeldung gewertet und muss ggf. auf die Warteliste gesetzt werden.
4. Zahlungsfrist
Die Zahlung ist innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Versand der Bestätigungs-E-Mail fällig (bitte prüfe deinen Spam Ordner, wenn du eine Weile nichts von uns hörst). Sollte die Zahlung innerhalb dieser 7 Tage nicht auf unserem Konto eingehen, behalten wir uns die Möglichkeit vor, die Anmeldung zu stornieren. Nicht-Zahlen gilt jedoch nicht als Abmeldung vom Workshop, dafür ist eine E-Mail notwendig, siehe (5).
5. Stornierung
Wenn du deine Teilnahme am Workshop stornieren möchtest, gelten die folgenden Rückerstattungsregelungen:
- Bis einschließlich 31. August 2022 werden die vollen Gebühren exkl. eventuell anfallender Transaktionsgebühren zurückerstattet.
- Nach dem 31. August und bis zum 15. September 2022 werden 50% der Workshopgebühren zurückerstattet.
- Ab dem 16. September 2022 können wir leider keine Gebühren zurückerstatten, außer du findest einen Ersatz, der*die deinen Workshopplatz übernimmt.
- Wenn der Workshop von Seiten der Organisation abgesagt wird, werden alle Gebühren vollständig zurückerstattet.
Bitte beachte: Wenn du stornierst, dein*e Partner*in aber nicht, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass diese*r auf die Warteliste gesetzt werden muss.
6. Covid-19
Grundsätzlich gelten die zum Zeitpunkt des Workshops in Österreich bzw. Tirol gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Covid-19 Schutzmaßnahmen. Wir behalten uns allerdings je nach Situation vor, auch über eventuelle gesetzliche Regelungen hinaus eine 2G- bzw. 2G+-Regelung oder eine (PCR-)Testpflicht vorzuschreiben, um eine sichere Durchführung gewährleisten zu können. Bei Nichterfüllung der gültigen Voraussetzungen besteht kein Recht auf eine Rückerstattung der angefallenen Kosten.
7. Verhaltenskodex
Mit deiner Anmeldung erklärst du dich mit dem hier veröffentlichten Verhaltenskodex einverstanden.

Conditions of participation and general terms and conditions
1. Registration and participation
Registration is binding but does not guarantee you a spot at the workshop. As soon as we can guarantee you a spot, we will inform you by e-mail.
Participation is at your own risk; the organisers and trainers accept no liability for injuries, accidents, theft or similar.
2. Allocation of spots
Individual registrations will be put on the waiting list, if there would otherwise be too much of an imbalance between leads and follows in the same class. To improve your chances of getting a spot, we recommend that you register with a partner.
3. Register with a partner
If you want to register with a partner, please add this information in the process of registering. The partner must dance the other role and should register for the same classes. Only when both partners have registered will your registration be considered a valid partner registration. If not both partners have registered, the registration will be considered as a single registration and may have to be put on the waiting list.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of the date the confirmation email was sent (please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us in a while). If the payment is not received in our bank account within these 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. However, not paying does not count as cancellation of your participation, for this sending an e-mail is mandatory, see (5).
5. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your participation in the workshop, the following refund policy applies:
- Until 31 August 2022, full fees will be refunded, excluding any transaction fees that may apply.
- After 31 August and until 15 September 2022, 50% of the workshop fees will be refunded.
- After 16 September 2022, we regret that we cannot refund any fees unless you find another person to take your workshop spot.
- If the workshop is cancelled by the organisation, all fees will be fully refunded.
Please note: If you cancel and your partner does not, there is a possibility that they will have to be put on the waiting list.
6. Covid-19
In general, the Covid-19 protection measures required by law in Austria or Tyrol at the time of the workshop apply. However, depending on the situation, we reserve the right to impose a 2G or 2G+ regulation or a (PCR) test obligation even beyond legal regulations in order to be able to guarantee a safe workshop. If the valid requirements are not fulfilled, there is no right to a refund of the costs incurred.
