2nd FOKUS Learning Technology Symposium 2026

The 2nd FOKUS Learning Technology Symposium (LTS) is set to be a must-attend event dedicated to innovations in technology-enhanced learning in Berlin, Germany, on June 15, 2026. National and international experts from Fraunhofer and leading industry partners will present cutting-edge developments in e-learning, with a special focus on AI, XR, Gamification and interoperability. Expect inspiring talks and hands-on tutorials that highlight the latest breakthroughs and explore both current and emerging trends in learning technologies.

In addition to the Learning Technology Symposium, there are a number of other events, such as the main event - Media Web Symposium (MWS) - and the co-located events Bitkom Working Group Future of Learning (for Bitkom members only), the dash.js Face-to-Face Meeting and the SVTA – DASH-IF Working Group Face-to-Face Meeting (for SVTA or DVB members only). A separate registration is required for most co-located events; please refer to the information below for further details.

Note: The event has limited capacity. Therefore, the organizers reserve the right to restrict the number of participants from the same organization to ensure fair access in the case of high demand.

Participation at the Learning Tech Night is free of charge. For reasons of transparency, we are disclosing the value per person: €60.

Guests/Participants from Public Institutions: We assume that those individuals from public institutions who will attend the event have their employer's authorization (Dienstherrengenehmigung).
