MEET Day 1: Together in Knowledge, United in Strategy I Monday, June 16, 2025

Note:  Day 1 sessions are required for all participants from the US, Canada, and Mexico.

MEET Day 2: Track Sessions I Tuesday, June 17, 2025

Note for the "Track sessions":

  • The program includes six tracks, divided into three slots and comprising a total of 30 sessions. In each slot, two tracks run concurrently:
    • Slot 1: Tracks 1 and 2
    • Slot 2: Tracks 3 and 4
    • Slot 3: Tracks 5 and 6

Please select only one track per slot.

  • If you are the trainer of the track session, please select your own track .
  • You can view remaining availability on the right-hand side, next to each track's display below. If a track is fully booked, it will be grayed out and unavailable for selection.

MEET Day 2: Track Sessions (Slot 1 I   07:00 AM - 08:00 AM )

MEET Day 2: Track Sessions (Slot 2 I  8:30 AM – 9:30 AM )

MEET Day 2: Track Sessions (Slot 3 I  10:00 AM – 11:00 AM )

MEET Day 2: Additional Afternoon Sessions ( 11:45 AM - 3:00 PM )

Note for Additional Afternoon Sessions:

  • For all BSC roles session  2-08  is  mandatory.
  • Sessions 2-07  and 2-09 are mandatory for authorized roles.

MEET Day 3: MEET Supporting Zone I Wednesday, June 18, 2025

*Please note: All session times are displayed in Pacific Standard Time (PST) .

Note: Each of the nine zones offers multiple independent sessions, all running simultaneously and repeating three times. During registration, participants must select one session per time slot , either from different zones or multiple sessions within the same zone. Zones where no session is selected should be marked as "No Selection." A total of 41 sessions will run concurrently.

Note: "Moments Together" is mandatory for all participants from the US, Canada, and Mexico. Speakers from other regions should select "No Selection."
