Tensions within interpersonal relations and teams are totally normal. Nevertheless, they are often challenging and stressful. Nonviolent Communication is an approach to prevent conflicts before they happen, and navigate personal and interpersonal tensions with more openness and ease.

In this workshop, you will get an overview of the basic ideas of the concept of Nonviolent Communication, have the opportunity to work with your own examples in order to practice this central mind-shift, and get some tools to help you prepare for challenging conversations.

Nayoma has been working as a trainer and coach in the field of communication and personal development for over 20 years. In recent years, her main focus is on implementing Nonviolent Communication in the work environment to train the effective and empathic resolve of relational tensions and thereby support creative collaboration.
