Thank you for your interest in our international One Health Seminar Series from the LBI SOAP - Ludwig Boltzmann Institute Science Outreach and Pandemic Preparedness at the Medical University of Vienna.

You are herewith registering for the One Health Seminar given by Sally Slavinski, DVM, MPH on 12^th November from 15:00-16:00 pm CET: One Health in Public Health: Examples from the New York City Health Department

As part of the registration process, we would like to collect some information about our participants in advance. This helps us measure the impact of our seminar series and improve our science communication efforts. After the seminar, we will also send you a short follow-up questionnaire to hear your feedback. 
All evaluations will be conducted exclusively in anonymized form.
