It can strengthen teams, facilitate effective problem solving, support decentralised leadership and much more.
So what does it take for peer learning to be a mutually empowering experience, and not just another new initiative that loses energy after a few meetings?
At Unity Effect, we have integrated peer-learning into our internal processes and teamwork and our program and workshop design, and we are working with organisations to develop and establish their own approach to peer-learning.

Explore supportive conditions, good practices and methods which enable peer learning to work effectively in organisations
Experience practical peer learning exercises
Exchange with peers on how to build peer learning into your work
Share learnings about what not to do and worst practices for integrating peer learning into your organisation
This workshop is for you if you are working in an organisational context, whether you are a team leader or team member, and you are curious to learn about the power of peer learning.
