Short film followed by a panel discussion
Climate protection and freedom: this is only a contradiction at first glance. After all, the climate crisis poses an acute threat to our freedom — for example in the form of floods, heatwaves and crop failures, which not only jeopardise our health but also social cohesion. At the same time, the climate crisis is also a crisis of justice. This is because the main victims are not those who have caused it. Poorer people, societies in the Global South and young people are more affected by the consequences of global warming. How can we enable future generations to live a good, fair and free life? This and further questions will be addressed in the short film and the following debate.
