Info

Do you want to learn how to handle university stress more effectively? Do you want to take care of your mental health and prevent overload or burnout? Is achieving a healthy work-life balance important to you? Then don’t miss this workshop with psychologist Julia Barden!

Workshop topics include:

Understanding how stress develops (and when it becomes harmful)

  • Causes and warning signs of burnout
  • Healthy strategies for coping with stress
  • Tools for preventing overload
  • Effective relaxation techniques

In addition to theoretical input, you will directly apply what you learn to your own student life. You will identify your main sources of stress, both external, such as the double burden of studies and work, and internal, such as perfectionism and then reflect on how you can use the strategies presented to manage these stressors more effectively. You will also explore which activities help you to recharge and how you can integrate them more actively into your daily routine.
