Non-Members : By participating in the event, you will receive a one-year membership in the ISPE. A collective application will be submitted after the event. If you have questions about your membership, please feel free to leave us a message in the “Other” section.

We are pleased to invite all participants to a complimentary Networking Dinner on the evening of the 30th of September 2026. 

Conditions of participation

Cancellations of your booking are not possible. You are welcome to name a representative for your participation.

Local rules by the organizers apply to all participants. The organizers reserve the right to exclude participants from the event if local rules are not being followed.

In case of overbooking, ISPE members will be preferred. 

ISPE D/A/CH reserves the right to cancel the event for unforeseen reasons. In the case of cancellation, all attendance fees that have already been paid shall be refunded.

Fees

The fees for this workshop do not include costs associated with the accommodation. Participants have no right to be reimbursed if not satisfied with the event. Registrations to this event are binding, no reimbursements can be made in case of cancellation. The ticket can be transferred to another name up to 48 hours before the event.

Data Privacy

We would like to point out that photographs and/or film recordings will be made during the event. We will use these for reporting and marketing purposes. For this purpose, the recordings will be published in various media (social media, internet/website as well as in press releases, newsletters, print products, etc.) after the event. This allows us Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO because we have a legitimate interest in informing the public about our activities.

Since you are attending a public event, we assume that from your point of view there are no general reasons against the production of photographs and film footage and processing for the purposes described.
