If you have chosen an option for VDE members only, please insert your membership number, which is a 7-digit number. It starts with a 3 or a 6. In the case of invalid membership numbers, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at a charge.

Registration for events is carried out by the service provider "eveeno" as a processor. You can find the privacy policy of eveeno here.

The event takes place as an online event. The price includes the participation fees.

Other fees for the use of an Internet connection may be charged to you by your telecommunications provider. 

Cancellations, fees and refunds:

Cancellations can only be made in writing and are possible up to 30 days before the event date. In this case, a cancellation fee of €25 will be due and retained upon refund of the amount paid. The cancellation fee is also due if, due to incorrect information, the booking is cancelled and a new order must be triggered or if a reduced option (i.e. reduced admission for members) was selected when booking, although the requirements for the reduction are not met. The person making the booking may counter the lump sum by proving that the damage was not incurred at all or was significantly less than the lump sum. Cancellations after this date or no-shows on site will not be eligible for a refund and the full registration fee will be due.

The number of participants is limited. The event will take place with a minimum of 8 participants.  If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in whole or in part one week before the scheduled start of the event. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in whole or in part at short notice for important reasons (e.g. illness of a speaker). In case of a complete cancellation, the full participation fee will be refunded.
