The call for applications for RIFS Fellowships beginning in 2027 has recently opened. We have a general FAQ section (hyperlink zu https://www.rifs-potsdam.de/de/institut/fellow-programm/faq) which covers most questions. However, sometimes there are new or unique questions, often emerging from the specific situation of the applicant. RIFS offers therefore two public webinars to discuss these questions. The first webinar will take place on Monday, 18 May 2026, beginning 10:00 in the morning (German time). If you would like to participate in the first webinar, please register below.

The session will not be recorded. Should you be unable to participate, feel free to send your questions to achim.maas@rifs-potsdam.de.

Participation to GFZ Videoconferences/online meetings and events with webex, zoom and youtube and recording

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for you to participate in online events with webex, zoom and youtube and NOT consent to the processing of your data. Therefore participation in GFZ online events with  webex, zoom and youtube requires your consent to the processing of your data by the GFZ, by the cooperation partners at the event in question and by  webex, zoom and youtube.
Video and audio recordings may be made in the context of online events (co-) organised by us via webex or zoom. These may be made available on YouTube. You do, of course, have the possibility to deactivate your video function.
