Is your organization ready to expand and grow its impact? Are you starting to talk about scaling your project or solution? Scaling is not one thing: it can mean growing your organization, reaching more people, investing deeply in one cultural shift, integrating your solution into bigger structures, supporting others to contribute to or replicate your solution, or even stopping some activities. Scaling up, out, deep or even down can be the right strategy to increase the impact you seek. This workshop will take you through scaling strategies, their implications and actions for achieving them.

Elise is an Australian social innovation and sustainability strategist with roots in enterprise strategy, human-centred research, communications and behaviour change. She has 10 years of diverse experience working with businesses, charities and public institutions in the UK, USA, Australia, India and now Germany. The common thread across her experience is the use of research, communications and innovation methods to find opportunities for better social and environmental outcomes, and design pathways for people and organisations to move toward them.
