Info
This event brings together science-driven innovators from Munich and Stuttgart to strengthen the connection between UnternehmerTUM Munich and the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) at the University of Stuttgart. With a focus on Clean Tech, Quantum (as part of the QCLUB project), and interdisciplinary innovation, we cordially invite researchers with an interest in entrepreneurship as well as early-stage founders to take part.
Supported by the Vector Stiftung, this gathering highlights collaborative projects and entrepreneurship initiatives- especially the Elements4Founding and XPRENEURS initiatives. It fosters exchange between ecosystems, and promotes entrepreneurship education and network-building for (prospective) sciencepreneurs.
The day is split into two parts:
13:00-16:00: Workshops and sessions tailored to prospective sciencepreneurs
16:30-18:00: Main stage program including:
Welcome by Vector Stiftung
Insights into entrepreneurship initiatives: Elements4Founding, QCLUB at the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI) and XPRENEURS by UnternehmerTUM
Panel talk: How spin-offs and industry partners collaborate
18:00-20:00: Informal dinner & networking on site - including a match-making session
We look forward to welcoming researchers, founders, project stakeholders, and members of the entrepreneurship support networks from both UnternehmerTUM and the University of Stuttgart. Attendance is free of charge, thanks to the support of Vector Stiftung, and highly encouraged.
Meet the organizers
The Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Science (ENI), affiliated with the University of Stuttgart's Faculty of Management, Economics, and Social Sciences, collaborates closely with the Faculty of Engineering Design, Production Engineering, and Automotive Engineering. Sponsored by the Mercedes-Benz Foundation and situated in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, ENI actively participates in various regional and national initiatives.
Benefiting from a robust network in academia and industry, ENI facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting entrepreneurial thinking across the university community through accessible formats. Additionally, the institute conducts targeted transfer activities with stakeholders at the University of Stuttgart.
ENI's research focuses on knowledge-based start-ups, technological innovations, ecosystems, and innovative processes, seamlessly integrating findings into teaching and practical applications. This approach fosters a culture of innovation and knowledge dissemination.
Our projects Elements4Founding (supported by Vector Stiftung) and QCLUB-2 (supported by the BMBF as part of the QSENS Cluster4Future) are part of the organization team.
