Costs
For students participation is free of charge. The Strategische Partnerschaft Sensorik e.V. (SPS) charges a deposit of 50,- Euro net. In the case of participation in the entire event program, students will receive a full refund of the deposit. Otherwise the SPS will retain the deposit in full. Further instructions will be sent by email.will be published soon
Members of Strategische Partnerschaft Sensorik e.V. and all other participants:
The participation fee is 250,- Euro net.
The contribution includes the course fee, the documentation and the travel expenses for company visits as part of the Sensorik Summer School. Travel to and accommodation in Regensburg are not included.
The invoice for the participation fee for members and non-members will be issued by the SPS on 01 Aug 2026 with 30 days payment deadline.
Please note that your registration is valid for all four event days. It is not possible to book individual days. Cancellation of your booking free of charge is possible up to and including 07 Aug 2026.
