Writing Impact with Vision: How to Convince the evaluators (20 January 2026)

The Impact section is where many proposals stumble — not because they lack innovation potential, but because proposal writers struggle to express it. This 60-minute webinar helps you turn innovation into visionary ideas. We’ll guide you through what evaluators actually want (hint: not a repetition of what you will do in the project) and how to connect your idea with Europe’s big goals.

Expect clear advice, successful examples, and a few laughs along the way.

Participants will learn:

  • What the EU means by "impact" and why it matters
  • How to design a credible and measurable impact strategy without sounding like ChatGPT
  • Tools and methods for exploitation, dissemination, and sustainabilityTips for KPIs, exploitation plans, and credible storytelling
  • Common traps (like random number generation) and how to avoid them

⏱️ Duration: approx. 1 hour
💻 Format: Online & interactive | Q&A included
🎯 Target Group: Startups, SMEs, researchers, and proposal writers

Both sessions are designed to be concise, clear, and interactive – because writing Horizon Europe proposals is challenging enough without boring webinars.
