STC 2026 Registration Form

We are delighted to invite you to participate the upcoming 62nd STC this September. Here, you can register to secure your place and join participants from around the world for an exciting program, insightful talks, and networking opportunities. Please fill out the form below to complete your registration. We look forward to welcoming you to the conference!

The Symposium will start on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 1:45 pm and will close on Friday, September 18, 2026 around 12:45 pm. A preliminary schedule is available here.

For those who would like to stay for another evening/day, there will be an “After STC Event” on Friday afternoon.

Please note, however, that it may be more difficult to book a hotel from Friday to Saturday, since there will be large Folk Festival in Graz (Aufsteirern), beginning on September 19, 2026. Thus, hotel rooms may be more scarce from Friday to Saturday.

Activities

After-STC-Event

The After-STC Event will take place at the local Buschenschank Wastl Pölzer (https://www.buschenschank.at/Graz/Buschenschank-Wastl), a traditional wine tavern. We plan to reach it via a short, scenic hike (approx. 2 hours), but you can also go by car or taxi if you prefer. It promises to be a relaxed and enjoyable way to conclude the conference.

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until August 15, 2026. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
