Wednesday, 20 Oct. 2021 from 15:00 to 17:00
Against the background of discussions on the need to reduce CO2 emissions, and the fact that the transport sector has not seen the same gradual decrease in emissions as other sectors, the assessment of measures for their CO2 reduction potential is becoming increasingly important. Many cities are currently developing plans to reduce CO2 emissions.
Transport models provide a suitable data basis for estimating transport-related CO2 emissions. Within the framework of a series of webinars, we want to present the theoretical background as well as first experiences in the determination of traffic-induced GHG emissions and discuss with traffic models.
The first webinar will take place on 20.09.2021 15.00 - 17.00 CEST — Central European Summer Time with a focus on the theoretical background. A second webinar on experiences and application examples will take place at a later date and will be announced in time on the website sumba.eu as well as by email. Please register for the webinars, you will receive the access information in time before the start of the webinar.
