Summer School on Non-invasive Monitoring of Hormones

What to expect
The Summer School on Non-invasive Monitoring of Hormones offers students, early-career researchers, and scientists intensive hands-on training in non-invasive endocrine monitoring techniques used in animal biology and wildlife research.
Participants will gain practical laboratory experience in:
- Preparation and extraction of fecal samples
- Enzyme immunoassays (EIA)
- High-performance liquid chromatography immunograms (HPLC immunograms)
- Analysis and interpretation of hormone data
- Applications in reproductive biology and stress physiology
Please note that the Summer School is limited to 12 participants to ensure intensive practical training and close supervision.
Registration Fees
- Early Bird Registration: €680 (until 17 July 2026)
- Regular Registration: €780 (from 18 July 2026)
The registration fee includes participation in all course sessions, training materials, coffee breaks, and a social evening offering opportunities for networking.
Registration closes on 7 September 2026. If all places are filled before the registration deadline, interested participants may join a waiting list and will be notified should a place become available.
Cancellation Policy
By registering, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Until 10 July 2026: 70% refund
- 11 July – 31 July 2026: 40% refund
- From 1 August 2026 onward: no refund
