IT landscapes in companies are developing ever faster. For every new system development good requirements are crucial. The problem is that they are very volatile and unclear at the start of a project, especially for large projects. It is therefore necessary to be able to react quickly and efficiently to these changes.
Agile and paperless approaches are becoming increasingly important in GxP-relevant system implementations such as LIMS or ELN in order to successfully manage frequent changes while ensuring that the necessary documentation is always up-to-date and complete. Paperless, digital documentation saves time and therefore money. In a brief presentation and a live demo, we show an approach based on an individual Atlassian Jira configuration and corresponding system lifecycle management, which makes it possible:
- to completely dispense with paper.
- to ensure flexible and agile system development.
- to fulfil regulatory requirements.
- to ensure the necessary agility and at the same time fulfil CFR21 / 11 requirements.
