As part of the event, we offer a table-top exhibition and the opportunity to display roll-ups in the exhibition area.

A table top includes the provision of a table (minimum size 1.60 x 0.60 m), the placement of a roll-up or compact booth, and staffing by an additional person (not participating in the conference program).

Booking is only possible in combination with a regular event registration.

The number of available table tops is currently limited to 12 – additional spots may be available upon request.

On the afternoon of 27 November 2025, we are offering three factory tour options:

Two of the tours include exclusive on-site visits to ultrapure water and reclaim systems at two leading semiconductor manufacturers. Transportation will be provided by shuttle bus from the conference hotel, with optional return drop-offs at Dresden Airport and Dresden-Neustadt train station before heading back to the hotel.

The number of spots for the physical tours is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As an alternative, participants may join a Virtual Factory Tour, which will take place in the seminar room at the hotel.

We are pleased to invite all participants to a complimentary Networking Dinner on the evening of 26 November 2025 at the historic Sophienkeller Dresden

There will be ample time between the end of the day’s sessions and the dinner to allow for a self-organized visit to the famous Dresden Striezelmarkt, one of Germany’s oldest and most atmospheric Christmas markets – a perfect opportunity to enjoy a festive Apéro before the evening program begins.

Cancellations of your booking are not possible. You are welcome to name a representative for your participation.

In case of overbooking of our events, ISPE members will be given preference.

Note: For company tours, the company may exclude individual participants from the tour for competitive reasons. Exclusion from a tour does not entitle you to cancel your booking.

We would like to point out that photographs and/or film recordings will be made during the event. We will use these for reporting and marketing purposes. For this purpose, the recordings will be published in various media (social media, internet/website as well as in press releases, newsletters, print products, etc.) after the event. This allows us Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO because we have a legitimate interest in informing the public about our activities.

Since you are attending a public event, we assume that from your point of view there are no general reasons against the production of photographs and film footage and processing for the purposes described.
